Using "Tags", you can tag and list up other members for future references. This feature is for all the registered members of our website, both individual as well as sports entities. Whereas, "Squad" is for the associations (clubs, academies, schools, colleges / universities, corporates, sports agencies and sports governing bodies) who can make their own virtual team of athletes, coaches, sports officials, sports doctors and physiotherapists belonging to one or more sports for their future endeavours.

​All the registered members of our website with 80% profile completeness can rate and remark others' profile through our amazing rating feature except those who have disabled the rating feature from their privacy settings.

Our support team is available to help you Monday to Saturday from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. but you can send us emails anytime, and your queries will be answered within 1 business day.

Any of the athletes, coaches, physiotherapists, sports doctors and sports officials registered on our website can be added to the Squads by clubs, academies, schools, colleges, corporates, sports agencies and sports governing bodies for future references.

It is a specifically designed parameter to validate all registered members and to cut off spam from our website. There is a certain limit of completeness for every profile, only after which it is visible publicly.
"Achievements" section is for all sportspersons and entities available on our website where they can bring to view all their achievements related to their career as well as social engagements whereas "Trophies" section is only for the sports entities (clubs, academies, schools, colleges / universities, corporates and sports governing bodies) to showcase the victories of their players / teams in various competitions.

The athlete guardian can access all the sections of an athlete's profile. The guardian who has been added by an athlete can also access all the sections of the particular profile. 

Getting registered with us as an individual is going to help you a lot. You can highlight yourself on a digital sports platform, connect and communicate with professional coaches, physiotherapists, athlete managers, get hired by major sports entities like clubs, academies, corporates etc. and transcend in your sports career in the smartest manner, all on a single stage. Getting your organisation registered with us enables you to find professionals to work with you. With a quick registration and profiling, you can attract numerous sportspersons to connect with your organisation and link with other major sports organisations such as clubs, corporates, sports agencies, sponsors etc. In this way, you can highlight your organisation in the world of sports.
We provide edit options to let you update your profile details after a successful registration / sign up.
To manage the profile of your association at our website, we have a special feature of adding sub-members. Go to My Associates section in your Dashboard from the left side Menu bar. Here in the Sub-Member option provide us an email ID of a person whom you want to manage your account. We will send an invitational mail to them on behalf of your organisation and notify you accordingly.
You can permanently Delete the account of a sub-member. The sub-member once deleted can be added again with the same email ID, and the details will be automatically restored.
It will be viewable on the search page only when you complete it up to 80%.
In that case, you need to register / sign up once again with a new contact number. If you have only one number that you have previously entered, contact our Support Team, and we'll fix it quickly so that you may register / sign up with the same phone number.

Account & Privacy

We are using the moderation process to cut down spam from our website via our automatic spam cutting tool as well as manually to provide authentic, genuine and reliable details. It may take 1 business day to make the data visible on your public profile.
No, it totally depends on your will, but the more information you provide, the more you will be able to grab attention by which they can have a better insight of your performance record.
Yes the gender and disability status can be changed in future.

No, you can not log in to multiple accounts by using same Email Address and Phone Number according to our policy as it may lead to clutter for further identification.

Well, that's quite simple. You can change your account password by selecting the Change Password option under the Account settings section from the left side menu bar in your dashboard.
You don't need to worry about that as it can be mended by selecting the Forgot Password option on the Log In page and by updating your Old Password with a new one as directed.
You can deactivate your account by going to your privacy settings and selecting the Deactivate option. Your account will be reactivated whenever you log in with your email ID and password.
No, you can not retrieve any of the information of your account once you choose to Delete your account. So be sure before deleting it.
